The company is promoted by technically qualified entrepreneurs namely Shri Ashok Badjatiya B.E., M.S. (USA) D.B.M. and Shri Vijay Badjatiya M.Com, LLB.

The company was incorporated with the main object of manufacture of Dibasic Calcium Phosphate ( DCP ), Tribasic calcium Phosphate ( TCP ) & various other phosphates.

The company had started commercial production from 01/07/1993 in the vicinity of 213 - 214, Sector -1, Industrial Area, Pithampur, Distt. Dhar India. The regd. Office is at 105, Royal Estate, 9/2, South Tukoganj, Indore , India.
